oil pan off (SLUDGE) 150k miles.. suggestions?..............

I'm no obiwan. FrankZ, BlueXJ and many others put me to shame in the knowledge of XJs arena. I've just spent many many hours(mostly on nights like tonight) doing tons and tons of reading on anything and everything vehicle/oil/Jeep related that I can get my hands on just to get to the point that I can somewhat hold my own and be able to help fellow Jeepers out.
