fwiw my new vatozone sending unit bounces from 10-30 psi at idle and refuses to go over 40lb at any time. a mechanical gauge showed otherwise. seeing the dash gauge show "low" oil pressure is unnerving to my passengers and myself at times. keeps making me feel like I should check it with a real gauge again haha

you tell me. I'm the Midwesterner and you're the border dweller. my phone autocorrects to vatozone I've used it so much. not even a red squiggley line under it anymore.

anyone have a mopar part number for a gauge cluster sending unit ?

I think the term came about when Autozone started doing signs in bi-lingual fashion. Helped me improve on my Spanish. Que es frenos?

I'm the "Boarder Dweller"? you might want to take a class in Geography bud because I'm no where near the Mexican Boarder. Also just a little smartphone tech for you, if you type a word correctly you can save it and it'll add it to your phones auto correct so it'll show up all the time and you won't get the misspelled words. But then again you shop at Vatozone so all hope may be lost already.

this is me now tipping my beer for you.....shine on.

Neither of you can spell border, and Black89, you're close to the hosers in Canuckistan.

My 01 started this check gauge garbage last year at idol hot.
I found oil in the connector I douched the connector with electrical cleaner all was well till it got full of oil again. replaced sending unit with one from oreilly its been golden since. I have had the pan off and engine looks pretty good considering the miles (almost 200k) wife bought jeep new its been kept up oil changes atleast.

It's the beer's fault I took the day off and got into a mixed case of Leinenkugel's. Hoppin' Heeles' and now some Oktoberfest. Gonna be a good night!
