oil problems??

oil problems??
ok i dont rely know whats goin on....at idle oil gauge drops to like 20psi and while moving its stays at 35-40 and it makes a knocking sound when it drops...any suggestions??

I'm running 5w30 103,631 miles the dipstick says its full and its usually after i've gone somewhere and i put it in park after i've gone somewhere that it knocks

It is normal for the oil pressure to drop at idle as compared to while driving, just shouldn't knock when it drops.
Not sure on the knock atm.
