I get a tiny bit of oil seepage from between my head and block too in my '00. I had cleaned up that side of the engine, did a valve cover gasket (more cause I was half way there doing a 4 hole injector upgrade then because it needed it) and had previously replace the oil sending unit. I figure with a 150K that is nothing to overly worry about. As of yet never low on oil or coolant. Just another thing to glance at when I open the hood every week to check stuff.

i am not convinced it is the head gasket leaking. could be oil from vavle cover gasket or cover openings for oil fill, or breathers.
clean it completely, dry it, then test run and examine for leak source.

I used break cleaner and compressed air and yep don’t know how but its the only place where it’s leaking just slightly. Clean from the cap, clean from the first gasket.

if small leak to outside, Id leave it be. old cars drip oil, and if not much, ignore it.
You may try to retorque the head bolts and see if that reduces it, assuming they are loose, however dont over torque them. again, if small leak, ignore it. if big leak, then you will need to deal with it.
mine too is a bit wet there, but not a problem, I got a triumph that has a leak like that too, and a few VWs that weep a bit also,
