Default Oils Seals

I am planning on replacing all seals and gaskets on my engine dealing with oil. I want to do the valve cover gasket; rear main seal; and oil pan seal. Am I forgetting any others?

And how hard of a task would this be to do on my own?

it depends on how much work you want to do and your ability level. The oil pan gasket is no big deal, the reat main seal can be difficult and does require some patience, the valve cover is simple, the other you are not looking at are the dist gasket, very easy if you put the dist back the way it came out,and the other is the timing cover gasket, which does take some time and puller, you have to remove water pump and balancer to get to it,Just depends how much you want to do.
having a lift makes the oil pan and rear seal much easier. I would als suggest you read the threads on here about putting your xj on stands and letting front axle hang to get oil pan out easier.
