Is it ok to drive?
I did some rock crawling today and i bent my tie rod. (the longest one). I drove it back home 10 miles or so with out any problems but while turning sharp i can feel it up front real bad. Will I hurt anything driving it around town for a few days until I replace it?

yea the thing is that it is just like having a bad alignment when u have a bent tie rod, but if it bends more or breaks under stress...it could cause u to crash at speeds over 10 miles per hour. when it breaks your driver-side wheel will go all the way to the left or right and cause u to swerve off the road

for a temp fix you could try putting a jack under it and bending it back into shape. we did it to my little brother in laws toyota the other night, his was a LOT worse

instead of just getting a stock replacement knows the time to upgrade. that's what i do when ever i break something i just get the upgrade. as much as i dis like rustys and some other places just cant think of the name... good bend tho
