I like the pro-comps. I'm going to paint my stock rims to look like that. The silver breaks up the black a little bit.

Yet another argument that totally depends on what your using them for in my opinion. I'd go steelies if you're going off roading. Steelies will dent but will most likely still hold a bead. If you mash an aluminum rim, chances are you'll take a gouge out. Bead won't hold if a chunk of rim is missing. I know nobody plans on mashing their rims but when sh** happens, I like to be as prepared as possible.

Thanks for the link. But they are to close to the soft 8's so id rather pay way less. and even right now, 4wd has the Pro Comps on sale, which would make it $398 after shipping.

I have seen the pro comp's in action on 89eliminator's rig. he has them and he wheels the hell out of them. badlands, cliffs, pipeline, mcCaslin and the dunes. If he doesnt mess them up to bad im sure I wont.

They look like a nice rim for sure but if you're planning on wheeling in all the places you've listed above, why pay the extra $ just for the looks. IMO 4x4's should be function over form.

yeah i know what you are saying. and i know the price difference. I was already planning on going with the cheaper ones as posted in my very first post of this thread. I was just curious which ones everyone thought looked better.

Soft 8's. I know everyone has 'em, and there has to be a reason.
