My Aussie front locker pops like a mother when I sharp turn and u turn. As did my spartan in my old xj. They couldn't both be bad. And open diffs never work how they should. Its suppose to transfer power and bull **** but they never work. If I was wrong then I apologize. Just stating what I thought was correct

The PowerTrax No-Slip is the only "lunch box" auto locking unit, that I'm aware of, that does not pop/bang/ratchet in a turn. Like I said, it costs a bit more but if u want locker performance that's almost as invisible as a LSD, it's the only way to go, regarding "lunch box" auto lockers.

Open diffs always work how they r designed.......1 tire fire, no more no less, when one wheel looses traction (spins), it continues to spin until the skinny pedal is released. An open diff will never "transfer" power (from the spinning wheel to the wheel with grip).....it was never designed to do so.
