When you go to bleed the air out make sure your heater is on full blast. Air in your system is the first thing to do get rid of it first then see if you still have problems.

a pcv has nothing to do with the cooling. you've been given several suggestions and I dont see that your following up on them.
Have you properly bleed the system now? Do it again anyway. Is their any pin holes on the hoses possibly causing the system to not hold pressure? Have you checked the clutch fan? Have you check the e-fan?
Please confirm these things before jumping to some other random part again.
When mine was overheating it was because my expansion tank cap wouldn't tighten down and the cooling system couldn't hold pressure so the water boiled out. So I put a hose clamp on the cap, it doesn't ever go above 220 now in hot heavy traffic conditions.

your not answering any of the questions from the prior suggestions. How can anyone help you? You need to provide details of what you are doing. Othewise those who could help will just let this thread die, no matter how many times you post for help.

I have been through this before and it sounds like a head gasket to me. Thats beyond my skills, take it to a mechanic or part it out.
