I was having the same problem and flushed the radiator, new t-stat (180 degree), full tune up and now she runs cooler than the normal 210 , about 160 180 and will warm up on long hills or slower offroading but hasn't overheated yet. Should I change the radiator cap? what else could cause the jeep to want to warm up like it does? I fourwheel with the ac on because the e-fan keeps it coom and not sure about my clutch fan. anyone out there that has done as much as I have and finally figured it out? I'm starting to think it's the sending unit because the radiator doesn't bubble and the coolant is full! Help
