Default Overheating

I have a 98 cherokee 4.0 L and for the past two days sitting in traffic I've been over heating, this is normal stop and go traffic. The thermostat , radiator, water pump are all new within the last couple months what could my problem be?

Fan clutch. Check coolant level in both the rad and recovery bottle, motor COLD.

Like djb383 said. Fan clutch. That's the one thing that you didn't mention replacing.

And if you don't have the shroud for the fan clutch get one, otherwise your pushing hot air in circles rather then pulling cool air through the radiator.

Yep. Fan shroud and get the ZJ V8 fan clutch for more air pull. They fixed mine.
