easiest way to fiagnose if its a electric fan?? it comes on when i turn it on so really unsure if it is the problem.

supply independant 12v to the electric fan connector. On my 2001 the BLACK is NEG and the BLUE is POS. If the electric fan runs, it's fine. reconnect it, start the PEEP and unplug the TEMP sensor on the T-Stat and see if the electric fan comes on. If it does, then change the TEMP sensor.
