I have a stock 2 door 2000 jeep Cherokee 4.0 I6 sport and have three codes coming up.

What's the best way to troubleshoot these three codes?
Also, there is a whistling sound that happens but it goes away once I step on the gas pedal. It also only seems to occur above 30 mph but sometimes lower. I'm assuming a possible vacuum leak or something?
