p0753 p0758 questions

Ok adjusted TC and lowered fluid. Now i have no CEL or codes. But i have no first gear or any other gears just 3rd. Drive starts in 3rd wont downshift or upshft.

If it shifts through the gears by hand, start looking at the electronics again, beginning with the TCU- power and ground.

Article i selected said to press button and pull cable back then apply full throttle and it will click to were it needs to be. I take it i did it wrong?

Just tried it with it plugged in 2nd gear 3rd and drive all are the same 3000 rpm at 50mph... with it unplugged same exact results. But when i unplugged CEL light came on.

Bizarre.
Originally it would shift 1-2-3 manually but start off in 3rd? when in D.
Then you changed the solenoids and it worked correctly for about 50 miles.
Then it started slipping out of gear and you are getting a new code- P0756, which is a mechanical fault with solenoid B.
You lowered the fluid level a bit and adjusted the TV cable, now it's stuck in 3'rd all the time, even when you move the shift lever to 1-2.
At this point I'd pull the pan and see what's jammed up around solenoid #2. Perhaps swap it with one of the ones you pulled that were functional. Also what type of fluid did you refill with?
