P1494 cel code??

P1494 cel code??
Went through my vaccum lines cant find any leaks I know the the filler neck has cracks in it. Could the filler neck to the gas take be the problem? Anyone else have this problem.

The filler neck has cracks than that should be replace. And yea thats probably throwing the code

It's an LDP circuit code... meaning that the PCM hasn't "seen" the diaphragm-switch in the LDP change state in XXX drive-cycles.
Get the leaks shored-up first, then clear the code and take a long drive. Let it cool overnight, then another long drive. Make sure the fuel-level is between 1/4 and 3/4... no more, no less.
Then go to AZ (or whoever read the DTC for you) and see if you have passed your EVAP OBD readiness tests... if those tests have passed, then you know it's fixed.
