Yeah, I was using a decent meter, but I'll verify with another. The pin and connector looked good and clean. Already dabbed some RTV on. Found a Rockauto unit for $265, but it says it requires local programming. Does that mean I have to take it to the dealer to get the VIN and Odometer flashed onto it?
The PCM may need programming at the dealer but you have to drive the Heep to the dealer to get it done, so if the Odo is okay and the Heep performs okay, you may want to hold off spending your money at the dealer. It will take a few trips for the PCM adaptive memory to catch up.
Of course, all of the above means your original problem is solved with a new PCM. Verify the Orange wire reading at the CPS as soon as you plug in the new PCM.

Ordered a remanufactured PCM on Monday from an Ebay store. Should be here on Friday and ready to install (Same part number, programmed with my VIN and Mileage).

Got my Reman PCM in. I hooked it up, checked my 5 volts at the CPS (good), and then started it up. Runs great. Thanks Guys!!
