Banks torque tubes...they make the header for the XJ, but not a downpipe/s pipe, so you have to get creative from there down. I was planning on running a Banks / Magnaflow combination before I tumbled into the diesel swap....

Is that one off ebay actualy a header, I thought it said it was just a replacement manifold. If its just a replacement, what's the point?

officially, yes - that is according to Banks, on '91+ is a bolt in system. work is an official Banks dealer, and when I inquired via our dealer net, the 'fit' is fine on Renix motors, its the downstream end thats different - EGR, O2 sensor, and possibly the angle on the collector, IIRC. if you're going to build a system, might as well start with real parts, not just a modified manifold ....

I am going to be useing my jeep for my work truck and I need to fix the crack in my mani before i go out on my own and i want to get some thing that is going to last and not make my jeep sound like a honda lol i have to keep it quiet...

I was also wondering what kinda exhaust would be good to help free up the flow some but also keep the sound down
