If you go to the website automotive touch up they will tell you what all the possible colors were available for year and model.
Or with some creative masking you can two tone. Either way they sell excellent quality rattle can auto paint that will match very close.

Check out my hood it had rust spots in two places. Buffed it up, masked it off, touched it up, looks like it has a clear bra

It's a little difficult to see the full extent from these, but it's pretty bad. Anywhere you see a white spot is rusty underneath. That's leftover from an experiment I did with plastidip. It turns out that it doesn't come off of rusty very easily.
