Default Parasitic Draw Test

I just preformed a parasitic draw test on my 2000 xj. After testing with a multimeter, and pulling fuses one at a time, I found that the Ignition ACC/Run 40a fuse is drawing way too much. I think this has been the reason my battery has been slowly draining over the course of a few weeks. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this draw?

Thanks

my 97 had a parasitic draw, turned out the key switch on the front doors were bad, not letting the BCM arm fully and 'go to sleep'. Just trying to maybe point you in a direction. REsting, armed security draw should go down to about 14 ma after about a min. this is considered acceptable drain.
