been pulling out the dash to replace the heater core.
this came out with the heater core and its (casing?) not sure what to call it
well it's broken and I need help identifying it so I can replace it. thanks guys

I believe its a thermostat for the A/C, there used to be a copper probe attached to it. If your a/c doesn't work then you probably don't need it.
