I had a leak at the bottom of a windshield on one truck and a hole in the firewall on another.. both dripped down behind the dash and dripped on my feet..
Not that I know for sure but.. I have been told that there is an A/C dehumidifier that if clogs up or fails in some way.. condensation results.. I also thought I was told that this could lead to a complete A/C system failure..
Someone ELSE chime in here please

are there any other symptoms like mist from your vents with the heater or defrost turned on, or the scent of antifreeze? if yes then you probably need to replace your heater core.

I fixed a water leak that was caused by the AC drain. Here is the thread. It has some links for info.

If it is leaking when the ac is on it is because the drain for it is plugged. On the firewall there is a drain for the ac box it gets plugged sometimes and will cause a leak onto the floor. you should be able to just squeeze it and get the plug out. It is kinda hard to find, but it should clear up the problem.

any idea what a heater core or whatever would cost, i imagine the part is the only expense, or the seal in the fire wall, i guess that would be dirt cheap, (hopefully, you never know haha)
