Default Passenger rear drum extremely hot

This may be stupid but I noticed my rear drum is now like heat treated with color and the driver side is not. Idk if I did something wrong when changing the shoes. But here’s a photo, any ideas? How should I trouble shoot this ?

update : I can’t even roll in neutral. So I think they are grabbing when they shouldn’t be. Thus the heat color on the drums. I swear I don’t get a break with this Jeep lol 😂

Make sure your parking brake cable isn't froze up or adjusted too tight..That will throw off all your brake shoe adjustments from the start...{I see the cable casing has some issues from the pic...lol...}

It looks like your cable sheathing is split..The moisture will eventually seize the cable if it hasn't already..Pull the drum and have someone work the parking brake to see if it works correctly{and releases completely}..
