passenger rear tire locks up

Default passenger rear tire locks up
When my 1991 jeep Cherokee is in 4 low the passenger rear tire locks up and had a real hard time reversing any ideas.

Does it work normally in 4-High or 2WD?

I figured out what was wrong it was happening cause I was on the asphalt when I was using 4x4
