P0113 and P0118.

That's correct- With key on, I get 2.5v when probing the wire, whether the sensor is plugged in or not. I get 2.5v at the IAC and ECT pinouts (15 and 16) on the PCM whether or not the PCM harness is plugged in.
I think not getting 5 volts with the sensor unplugged is the killer. Any chance of borrowing a good PCM?

Yep, it was the PCM. Ordered another one from carcomputerexchange.com and after checking one more time for any shorts or lack of continuity at the PCM harness I plugged it in and it fired right up. I'm hoping that when they get my core they can tell me exactly what went wrong. It runs better now than it has for years, I think.
