Well, Tom seems to like angles too:

Ah, I missed the later pics. Still just needs to measure and do the math.

I’d love to sit around a fire and split beer with you guys! Lots of knowledge! For what it’s worth I think I understand now. Didn’t think about checking motor and tranny mounts! The Cherokee in question was a grandma grandpa truck. They bought new fuel pump went out grandson gets outa prison grandparents say if you can fix it you can have it. I traded….please be easy on me, jeep commander for it. Commanders look cool and have neat gadgets but never again!!!! Omg the issues that thing had. Anyway the Cherokee looked like it rolled out of the factory body wise. Interior was in great shape as well. Zero rust anywhere. I’ve trimmed and did flares rebuilding the axles plus everything else. So far I’ve installed rear leafs front coils adjustables and control drops. The front sits lower so installing an acos to level it out. Had to drop tank as it was full of rust! Sounded like those rain sticks. Got a new one but it’s sitting til I finish undercoat and suspension. I believe in building things once and right. Best parts and best advice ect. Old cars or trucks I’m like fish in water, not so much on suspension and jeep stuff. Most of it isn’t hard to figure out but this suspension stuff can be a head scratcher. And yes just saw that! Recheck after it’s leveled. Doing the same build to my mj and yj. If anyone ever gets this way I’d be more than happy to split beer! Love jeep folk! Always quick to help.

If you decide to lift the MJ, you'll notice the rear spring go under the axle. I did a spring-over conversion on mine with 4.5" springs up front. Between the front springs giving more lift than expected and slightly sagged rear springs, I'm about 5.5" taller. The MJ looks really nice with that much lift and 32" tires.
