u checked all the lines that run to the canister?

This is not correct. You can even mix regular and synthetic at the same time. Won't hurt.

your only chaning a few qts. a real flush would be done through the tranny lines. a shop machine only uses the pressure from your tranmission.
the transmission pushes the fluid into the machine while the machine pushes new fuild back into the transmission. useing equal force to do so.
just dropping the pan & changing the filter isnt really that great, you do have to change the filter but your not really changing all the fuild.

Had mine flushed by a shop about a year and a half ago......It was the BG Flush, I've been running BG Universal Syn eversince with no problems at all. The jeep had a little over 110K on the clock and I'm sure that was the firstt Trans service ever done.......

I had this same code and after some searching my 98, I found 2 hoses that were dry rotted under the back by the fuel tank. They go into something that is just before the fuel tank. I never took the time to identify what it was but, it solved my problem. No codes since.
