The Justice brother Emissions Kit worked Awesome. I Also Found Out That The Up Stream 02 censor is Heated and Has a fuse for it in the fuse box. The Fuse for it was blown as well. I Replaced the fuse and the Jeep runs Awesome Now..

if you are trying to look for vacuum leaks try doing a smoke test. its will start hissing out of a hose or a bad connection if that is the issue.

I think HWY MPG is 19. So, you could be short. I don't know the actual numbers.

I Am glad that I Changed all the parts and put new ones on. But The reason The Jeep Was bogging down when I would first take off and would idle rough some times when first started was the fuse was Blown to the front Heated 02 Censor. so The 02 Censor was not heating up before the engine would like it was suppose to. Once the fuse was replace it never bogged down again or Idled rough again. When I do start my jeep sometimes in the Morning The RPM's Jump up to around 2400 or so But go right down to about 900-1000. I Have spoke with several Jeep dealers and jeep Mechanics and They said that is not uncommon in jeeps? It only does it sometimes in the morning when you start it up. I was told it is not uncommon and It will not hurt the jeep and that I Have nothing to Worry about...??
