The fact that the power steering stopped means your engine died or almost died. Were you on the gas when it happened?

Ok let's back up... A lot of people put new crank position sensors in and they still don't work. You really need to test the voltage. Disconnect the connector and probe it. Have someone crank the engines. You should have very close to .5 volts AC.

OOOH... the ckp sensor connector. Back of the engine it connects to the crank position sensor. Unplugging it and probe the side connected to the sensor.

I tires to look up the ckp sensor and couldn't find any info on it. I think I know what you're talking about but not fully. When I get off work today I'm going to look more into it. Also I'm going to try and rent a code reader so I can test my ECM to see what it says.

on renix a multi meter is the only way to figure out if any sensors are causing this should be sensor testing info herehttp://www.eriejeeppeople.com/Jeep_t...ion_manual.pdf

Oh no the lights did come on. Its hard to see in the video but hey do turn on. Everything works on my dash so I'm guessing the ECM is fine right? I wish I knew someone who had a code reader so I can test my ecm to see what's goin on.

If you crank position sensor has low volts there's a way to move it closer to the flywheel.

CRUISER!!!! WHERE ARE YOU!! lol. You have to oversize the holes like one drill size. I've never done it so Ask cruiser54 for the specifics..... Tell him I sent ya Hahaha. Just watched that video. 9 times outta ten this issue will be the crank position sensor....or fuel pump. Did you check your fuel pressure?
