Popping noise under feet.

Popping noise under feet.
So I've got this popping noise that my jeep is making. It seems to start after I hit a bump and gets worse whenever i hit bumps. Not only do I hear the pop but i feel it too right under my feet. It doesn't do it as much when i'm moving, but it does it much more when I am sitting at a stop sign or while i'm in park. If I let off the gas it might pop again.
anybody have this problem in the past that can help?

You symptoms as posted are confusing.
First you say ........ the popping happens after you hit a bump and gets worse when you hit bumps..
Then you say ........ it doesn't do it as much when driving, but does it more when you are at a stop sign or in park
How do you hit bumps when you are stopped at a stop sign or in park and not moving ?

Could be multiple things. Bad control arm bushings, exhaust pipe sitting on the crossmember. Time for some noggin pokin.

Same as the rest said. A good way to rule things out is to turn the wheel when parked. Usually helps to have someone turn while you look and feel for things.
I had a clunk i could feel when turning while backing and stopping in reverse. It was a loose lower control arm bolt. Something is moving when it shouldnt, or at least moving wrong. Could be a million things.
