Pops out of Low 4WD

Pops out of Low 4WD
My 92 XJ pops out of low 4WD mode (but not High 4WD mode). I need to hold the lever to prevent this from happening. How do I make the proper adjustments? Thanks

The instructions to adjust the linkage is in the FSM available at http://cruiser54.com/?page_id=365 - there isn't a 92, but the linkage is pretty much the same across all years.
If the linkage is too far gone to adjust, you can get an aftermarket linkage for a reasonable price.
