I used that exact site to clean mine the first time it's great.
Here is a link to an article on disassembling/cleaning/greasing/adjusting your NSS.

The NSS should not have any direct relationship to a rough idle.....

I agree with the Spoonman your Idle Air Control motor on the side of you throttle body is prone to some crap build up, carbon or whatever, when you pull it out to clean (2 torx drive screws secure it) be careful of the oring and don't go jerking on the cone. Some carb cleaner and your brothers tooth brush will do wonders. A little carb cleaner on your brothers woobie and clean out the throttle body hole where it mounts. The carb cleaner will evaporate. This can be effective and worth a try as new part at napa is $64 cdn. Some greeny neighbour may advise you to scavenge and capture the hydrocarbons of the carb cleaner. Next time use their toothbrush. I am sure someone has a seafoam experience for it also. Me, I go for the straight snake oil, at least I know what's in it.
