Power locks
I've researched and cannot come up with anything that is really what I'm looking for. My 99 XJ power locks do not work, I can hit the unlock or lock switch and all I get its a click from the passenger front door. All the wiring in the doors has been repaired so I know nothing is broken, I understand power is sent throne passenger switch to lock the rest of the doors but I am not 100% sure? Just looking for input on what you have all done to resolve thank you.

I had a little of all of these problems (click from passenger side, intermittent working then nothing.) I replaced the passenger side module with one from the junkyard, got lucky and it works now. I need a new drivers side too because my mirror adjustment and window locks don't work.

If all your wiring is intact and not broken at the door junction, and your hearing a click at the passenger door. It's time to replace the switch assembly in the passenger door. Problems with windows, driver side switch assembly. Problems with locks, passenger side switch assembly.

It's a cold solder problem common to the 97+ XJ door/window control modules. You can buy a new module, or open up your existing one and fix it. I haven't done mine yet but am planning on it. The solder joints on the board bust loose, so all you have to do is hit them with a soldering iron till they flow again and you're good.

One of the banners that come and go on the video says that the video is for a power window problem, but it is the same issue and repair process, just on the passenger side module, if its for locks. I am having the same problem on a 99 and plan to give this a go tomorrow.

Both boards have a similar design style and failure mode. As such, the fix applies to both boards.
