Power Windows work Sporadically
Over the last couple of days my 95 XJ’s power windows are doing something funky. In the morning when I leave for work, all power windows will work from the driver door panel. I go to work for 10 hours, come out and the power windows now won’t work. None of the power windows buttons on the panel will work. Just the door lock. I then drive 15-20 minutes down the road and they all start working again and will work for the rest of my commute. Any ideas? It’s not a fuse? Ground maybe? But what would the time of day have to do with a ground working.

The door wiring sometimes breaks at the hinge and makes for intermittent operation of windows. The other thing (at least on 97+, so maybe not on your 95) is the cold solder joints on the window switches. It's a really easy fix for either.

The time of day not so much other than that temperature would be a factor
Any electrical issue, especially intermittent , I would start with good clean and snug grounds.
next power (the wiring) and then connections (including the switches) and then loads if applicable.
Agreen's suggestions I subscribe. Done mine twice over the years, fixed all sorts of switch issues.

Same things happening to my 2000. All the windows work but the driver side. I bought new a new switch setup and tested it and it did not fix the problem. So I assume at this point the wires are cracked or have a bad connection. Do you know what wire specifically is for the front door?

When you open the door, you will see the rubber boot that protects the wires. I can't find my pics anymore, but I pushed the rubber boot all the way back into the door. It will expose the mash protection surrounding the wires, which you can cut and expose all the wires. It's pretty much right there, where the wires usually brake from opening and closing the door(s) over the years.
Did you replace the passenger door switch as well?
I did some reading up at the time and found once I resoldered the contact points there (passenger door in my RHD) , it fixed a few issues, including my remote controls for the doors.

So I think its the window regulator. I checked the wires at the hinge and it looks fine. I purchased a new regulator for like $50. I am going to install that and see if it fixes it. Ill keep yall posted
