And the did it blindfolded and one hand tied behind there back too. Even with out the them being all rusted it would take that short of time

Using heat and a impact got it done in about 15min even all rusted out yea you take a chance by the tank but whats the point of life if you dont live on the edge

Ahhh, hahahaha. No no. Don't drill it then. Drill INTO it, insert metal punch, hit punch with hammer, knock old mounting hardware off. Ha ha. It still took a while, but it wasn't difficult. Kind of like how RISK takes 10 hours but is still easy.

lol yeah. I was pretty pissed off, I was prepare to punch everything out and then the bolts just kinda flopped around... WTF?

I live in California where we don't have seasons and snow is something you visit. I'm a block from the ocean though, so rust is a slight issue. I was able to do all 4 of my shocks in about half a Saturday. I'm pretty sure I changed out the original shocks. I was able to compress them with zero effort with one hand. It rides so much better now.

I use quite a lot of medical equipment on my Jeep....but that's because of my profession

Yeah RTorrez1 the bottom of my Cherokee is rusted out. It barely passed last inspection. It's a shame because if it wasn't for the rust, I think it could go for 5 more years. The engine and tranny still run great.

In August I plan to get a newer Cherokee.

part it out if its in that kind of condition why bring it to a jy and waste a good engine and tranny you could get almost double of what the jy will give you for that drivetrain alone
