Hey guys,
I have a 1996 Cherokee, I just replaced the floor pans which took me a couple months. I had the cables off the battery while doing installation. Today I finished and the jeep started right up. I replaced the IAC valve, TPS, and MAP sensor because I was having idle issues and on this forum sounded like one of these sensors. I took it around the block and when acceleraating there was a poping noise and ran very rough. Parked and shut it off for a couple mins and it refuses to start again. Won't even crank. Battery is brand new and measuring good volts. Also have a "GEN" light on which shows alternator but would that cause the motor to not turn over at all? Any ideas?

Hey guys figured out the problem was the NSS on the tranny, I no it's dirty and needs to be cleaned and or replaced but, I can't seem to get it off the shaft on the tranny and using the bolt as a fulcrum to get it off just starts stripping the threads. Also I know it was this because I moved it enough to get whatever gunk out from stopping it and it started. Any ideas how to get it off?
