Unhappy Problems with my '90

Hello! I am new to the world of posting on forums, but I have been using them, many from this site specifically, to work on my '96 and now my '90. The '90 I got last winter from a friend in CO who had been building it. It threw a rod when I was driving it home, so I got it towed to a guy who works on Jeeps only. After an engine swap with another Renix with only 2,000 more miles, it continued to not run. After getting the mechanic paid and towing it back home to KC, I replaced the ballast resistor, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, IAC, TPS, crankshaft position sensor, cleaned all the grounds, and cleaned the throttle body. After all of that, it still did not run. On a long shot, I went back to the ballast resistor and just shoved a wire between the two connectors. It fired right up and ran perfect. I decided to just get rid of the ballast resistor altogether because from what I could tell, it only reduced the noise of the fuel pump, and noise was not a concern for me. After a month of running perfect, the Jeep decided to die again. I was on my way home and it died in my neighborhood so I was able to just coast into my driveway. It has not run for a week. When I turn the key to run the fuel pump, there is no longer any noise from my fuel pump, and when I try to start it it turns over, but dies immediately. I got new relays thinking that might fix it, but no luck. I am not sure which relay does what, and I don't see an easy way of figuring that out because they are not all on the driver side in a nice row like my Chilton's says they should be. I am at my wits end with this thing and don't have money to poor into it. I can get videos of the issue if needs be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
