Yes, once it's out and any rust problems are cleaned up, you can always decide to pay someone to reinstall it.

If you do reinstall it yourself:
  1. Get the rubber trim! Fuhgeddaboud the old aluminum trim!
  2. Research the right sealant - you need a tarry guck that secures the rubber to the windshield, as well as the window urethane.
  3. Stick the rubber to the window.
  4. Then apply the urethane to the pinch weld.
  5. Use enough urethane!
  6. Then pop the windshield in place. A suction cup is nice.

I didn't use enough the first time and had to redo it!
