No not at all, But thats odd because everything i looked for on crutchfield i found on million buy.
I just get the measurements from crutchfield and buy them on million buy, Everything i have bought from million buy, crutchfield had and vice versa.

Im guessing its got some limited inventory than crutchfield on some components but it goes the same with crutchfield on different categories.

Million buy is nice because its for the avg joe. you dont have to get too technical and get speakers literally 30 to 40 bucks off.

Million buys the way to go, if you dont believe me start comparing to crutchfield. The OP needs good prices and they will make you happy.

I dont promote them or anything, its jus ive done much business from them and they always come through, good customer service too.

i suggest a sealed box if you want tight bass response for the double bass hit a sealed box would be better. a ported box while it is louder and provides much more bang you lose that tight bass. i know from experience that bass drops, which i freakin love, soud so much better in a sealed box. in a ported box they become more of a rumble than a hard hit that you really feel in your chest.

i too enjoy the double bass hits but bass drops are the best

Yeah those plastic ones for 8's sound like crap and rattle like crazy. What would you be willing to give for a custom box loaded with a kicker comp 10"?

Unless you can figure out how to put a 12" in one of those boxes, won't do me any good, 10's belong in my Subaru, I was just suggesting that since you make a better box, you should look into selling them since it's something that alot of jeepers would be interested in. Loaded with a Kicker 10, I'd say it's worth $150 or so.

I had a powered SAS BaZooka tube with the sas speaker in it. if your looking for good bass, not audiophile or competition levels this works great. pus it has the quick disvonnects in case you need to load up the back. the amp is built right in and i had the smallest SAS TUBE. i had it for 8 years and it never failed. wish i would have kept it when i sold the other vehicle now i am going to be buying another one. just my 2 cents worth. remember we have big open windows so i wouldnt put anything in the back that says steal me like a bunch of expensive amps and subwoofer boxes. i used to do the whole stereo thing back in the day. building your own box is easy. your biggest issue will be alternator whine. sometimes you will never get it sometimes it will have you going crazy. just be sure to wire it up really good so you dont burn down your xj.

Bazooka tubes are nice, thinking about getting one for my girlfriend cuz she doesn't need the loud bass I do. As for stealing my box, have fun, it wont fit through any windows and is tied into the floor anyway. Rule of thumb for those scum bag thieves is quick and fast, takes me 10 minutes to pull my box and I know where it's attached at (all underneath). The amp is simple screws, but you gotta move the box to get to them. Now thats car security.

You got it bro, that website saved me over three hundred bux when i bought 600 worth of a sytem.

Now to power those speakers, you jus need to get a good head unit.

Thats something you cant go cheap with, You can get a base alpine or pioneer. xplod is good also jvc, pretty much any well known brand is good for an aftermarket deck because the stock deck puts out weak amps.

But i recommend alpine or pioneer. alpine cuz you can customize the sound ridiculously where you can make it sound perfect to you.

Pioneer is as good, you cant customize as much as alpine, but pioneer has the sweetest graphics. They look sick at night when cruising. So its up to you.

I bought and older model pioneer from my friend 5 years ago, i used it in four trucks and it still rocks.
That lil pioneer pushes my polk audios really good. sounds like theyre connected to an amp actually.
As a matter of fact u have the same polk audios i have. 6.5 dbs.
You wont regret em.

As far as the deck, try not to go under 130 on the deck. You need a good one for those speakers.

What kind of 12" do you have? I can prolly make a 12" fit but I need to know how much air space your 12" calls for.

you dont have to go big at all. i had i think the 6.5 woofer and it was loud inside but didnt turn heads outside, i had a buddy that the 10 inch and it was a head turner. i also had the rockford fosgates series 1, i know i am old, in a nice sealed box in a sentra, that tested 126 dbs. my other friend had 1 kicker solobaric 10 " in a sealed box box in a truck and that was perfect not to loud not to soft just right

that list is ok but why you getting an amp and no subs.
Are you gonna wire the speakers to the subs, Make sure u get the wattage right so u dont blow the speakers.

How many watts and wat kind of amp is it, like mono block, 2-4 channel.
Since its alpine i assume its expensive,

I would drop it and get a cheaper brand.
Ive had cheap and good amp. There aint much differet. Different brands heat up more, or blow fuses easier, jus depends. And jvc is pretty good.

Other than that its good.

x2 to whoever suggested walmart! I had some really good soundstream stuff that went up in smoke and didn't have the $$ to replace it, so off to walmart, sony 10" sub (in the previuos sealed box that had my soundstream, subthump box), sony 4 channel amp, pioneer 6.5" mid bass drivers in the sound bar (courtesy of a friend who didn't need them) and pioneer 5.25" in the front doors, sonymex bt2700 head unit from ebay... and wow! couldn't believe how good it sounds, that sony 10" sub really amazed me.
