Hey...I currently have a 1995 XJ and i am buying some STOCK rims off my friend that has a 2000 WJ..will it fit on my xj

XJ bolt pattern is 5x4.5 WJ are 5x5. I think I read somewhere they make a conversion plate that would allow them to fit. Correct me if I am wrong
