That's most likely the a/c condensor, the radiator is behind the condensor. U might try using a garden hose squirting from the backside so as to not force crud deeper into the fins. Don't expect to get 'em all out but it really doesn't look all that bad.

yeah it is the ac condenser... Sorry for the wrong terminology. But it blocks a good bit and I tried the hose behind... Two problems not powerful enough and can't really get the hose in there good because the fans and other things are in the way.

One option would be to remove the radiator.....that completely exposes the backside of the condensor. The rad can then easily be cleaned before re-installing.

Has any cooling system maintenance been done? If the water pump, t-stat and fan clutch r old, all 3 r super easy to replace when the radiator is out of the way.

water pump was recently replaced clutch is good and t-stat is still working. I was really hoping for a different solution....

Both fans will come out easily but that only exposes the backside of the rad. How do u know the fan clutch is good?....their performance/efficiency degrades with time/miles.

There's all kinds of solutions.......but only a few will work. Last suggestion.....spend all day Saturday, with the grille removed and a box of toothpicks, picking.

when I start the jeep it sounds like a jet taking off. Also, I tried a few other "tests" I've seen mentioned on this forum. I feel like I can't be the only one that's had this problem and I'm sure there is some easy solution both me and you aren't thinking of....

A garden hose isn't going to do it. You need a pressure washer or compressed air. Even with that, having the radiator in the way will make all your efforts useless.

are you suggesting from the front? I know the wand from my pressure washer would never fit back behind it. Also, are you saying take the radiator out and pressure wash the seeds through the condenser?

U best be very careful with a pressure washer/compressed air. Flattened fins will be much more of a problem than a few seeds.

When u start it and it sounds like a jet means nothing......

Install a sprinkler and see what grows.

Aside from pulling the rad. or condenser to blow them out; a thin hard piece of wire with a hook in the end, a chair, a beverage of choice, and a case of patience. Install a screen if you'll be exposing it to whatever got it full of seeds again.

yeah I will definitely install screen after I finish cleaning it... Driving through fields gets tons of seeds in there... Any suggestions on screen material like fabric mesh or metal mesh?
