radio acc not getting power

Model: Cherokee
Engine: inline 6 4.0
radio acc not getting power
89 cherokee.........all my fuses are good and so are the grounds but i am not getting power to the acc wire any ideas why this is happening maybe a faulty iginitoin switch and can i run a new wire to elimanate this problem
