You aren't getting the proper "Hot in Run" voltage that drives these accessories when the jeep is running or when the key is in the "run" postion. Have you gotten eyes on your fuses yet? I don't have my diagrams in front of me, but I'd start in the PDC under the hood, where your maxi-fuses are.

If the fuses check out take a look at the ignition switch and connector. It's a common failure.

My diagram, which is for a '94, has the Accessory and run contacts jumpered together in the ignition switch, on one set of contacts, and it's the only connection to the acc. contacts, and they both go through fuse #2 ( 15 amp )
So, according to my diagram, the ign switch is possibly the problem..

the problem is in the ignition. if you slightly turn the key while jeep is running, you may get contact and all will turn on.

not sure on the newer models if you can just replace the ignition cylinder, which is very easy to do as long as you have the key turned to the run position. there is a little button under the plastic on the cylinder, just push that with the key on and pull the cylinder out.

Any codes, maybe the front 02 sensor, what's the mileage. Perhaps start a new thread.
