I just been offered a free set of 4 Rancho 9000 ten stage shocks with the pump an in cab adjust. The problem I have is, I think they will fit by the looks of them. but not a 100% sure. I have a stock 2000 cherokee sport no lift nothing.
An the second problem is they are in LA an i am in NY , i would hate to have them shipped just to either send them back or have them laying around. They however are free ALWAYS A BONUS!
my shocks are shot along with my sway bar drop linkage, the passenger side is shot at the axle. Which i think is the reason i have a shake at 55. I was also thinking of doin the U joints as well and would love to pull it off in a weekend. So askin here to see if the shocks will fit so i dont have everything off an find out i ****ed up :/ which i can see happening.
Also if anyone knows about he adjustable sway linkage an wants to weigh in on those too . lemme know .

bad shock dont cause shake and if the shocks dont fit sell them

ya thats about the way i am thinking. An i know shocks wont cause shaking. But the sway drop linkage being shot an busted just might. I been trying to get this fixed for the last 2 years.

started with : Steering stabilizer shock. got better then came back
OH EDIT: I did the brakes in the front, got all new rotors an pads. the rear are next.
Tires helped a bit. but got progressively worse till i finally noticed the drop link busted.
Thinking that shocks , sway fix an doin the u joints while its all tore off should end it for good. an make for the ride i want.
