do what 87warrior said........
I've had problems with mice/rats with 3 vehicles I've owned in the last 7 yrs living out in the country.. I had a frontier I left parked over the winter in the dirt and even having outside cats around didn't keep something from crawling up into the airbox, and eventually into the squirrel cage where it must have got trapped and died, it was a simple fix to pull the motor out and clean etc but it took some nasty hours with the air full blast and windows rolled down to get the death smell down to an almost acceptable level...
another time I was lucky and nipped it in the bud, I went to change an air filter in my old silverado and when I pulled the cleaner two beady eyes starred me down, scared me bad for a minute... I knew I had to act quick before I scared him off so I grabbed the closest thing to me (tb spray) and popped off the filter again but he was gone I flooded all passages with the spray as fast as I could to try and fumigate the sucker, he must have went out the fender well (never found him, but I used most the can as a fumigator)... after that I put diamond mesh in the fender well openings on any car I left outside...

How do you think I felt when my Dad asked my new girlfriend, at the dinner table, if she's ever smelled moth ***** and responded like that? True story. The good thing is he farted in front of her so it was easier for me to get past that obstacle.

Once you get her cleaned up you can take it to a detail shop and have them "ozone" treatment the interior, fire up their machine with windows closed for a few hours, works awesome for ex-smoker cars, cars been puked in, booze or gas split (gas is a hard one).
Good luck!!! Dang I don't want to open mine but I think I should with all this convo going on.

Blower motor on, spray a weak bleach/water solution into the cowl area with a squeeze sprayer. Move the vent controls to different positions.

Put a small bowl of flavored water for them to drink. What flavors your choice what you wanna smell for the rest of its life.

Will this help you puke?

I've often used the same method except I used a can of Lysol. You pretty much go through the whole can and you better choose a scent you like as it will be in the cab for quite a while!
