Default Rear brake problems!

So i've been having some issues with my back brakes lately. After my jeep has been sitting for awhile, overnight or longer, i start it up and head to the corner. Well, when i get to the corner and lightly apply the brakes, just ever so lightly they seem to catch. Like something is seizing up. Just recently i just started to brake, barely pressing the pedal and my back brakes locked up dragging my tires. I dont know know to service the rear brakes. Weird thing is after they seize or catch, they're fine. It's just when i start driving after it's been sitting for awhile.

I drive a 2000 cherokee sport.

any ideas?

Mine does it occasionally in wet weather, I just summed it up to be that the weather effects the brake booster and makes them act super sensitive. May be wrong, may be right, it was just a piece of mind for me.
