Rear Door Squeak??!! Help

Rear Door Squeak??!! Help
So one issue with my XJ is that when I hit bumps there is an annoying squeaking sound that seems to be coming from the rear door. I lubed up the clasp where the door connects... no luck.
Anyone else ever have this problem? I know it's hard to tell speaking to it on here... but any ideas would be appreciated.

Are you sure it's the rear door? Do you have your spare tire mouted inside? The squeaking your are hearing is most likely the rubber of the spare rubbing up against the interior of the tailgate area. Had the same issue with both of my XJ's (formerly a '95 and now an '01). You can either just forget about it or put a blanket or other piece of cloth between the tire and the side panel.
