Default Rear Driver Thumping noise

For a few months now theres been a thumping noise in my rear. It sounds like a bubble in my tire and is there all the time. I had my tired checked and rebalanced and there was nothing. I also rotated my tires and the sound hasn't moved. I jacked up my rear and spun the tires to see if I could recreate the noise but I’m not sure what I'm looking at. I had my rear end done a year ago (seals, fluid, bearings, etc.) and I’m really not sure what it could be.

Heres a video of the weird things my rear end does. When I spin the driverside tire the passenger tire spins but not my driveshaft, which I think thats normal. But i hear a clicking sound when I spin it. Could that be the thumping sound at higher speeds or is that an unrelated issue? https://youtu.be/3KQj4Emwf1U
I get its a Jeep but I’m just worried if its my rear end what could break next.
