did you get an alignment? make sure you get one if you didnt thats one of the first things you should do after installing a lift, if you are getting vibs or shakes, things to check are the ujoints in the rear shaft if they need to be replaced then you will get vibs, also making sure your tires are properly balanced is also key, what type of tires do you have? you should have them rebalanced everytime you rotate them. if you have any mud or snow or anything inside your rims that will also cause the vehical to shake. if your tires and ujoints are ok, then a tcase drop, rear shims, or installing a crossmember from a 5speed, will/should correct the problem. removing the rear swaybar wont have any effect, some jeeps came with out one stock from the factory

U mean ur diff cover? Well it'd be a good time to change the diff fluid then. Use 70/90 or 80/90w gear oil w/ a limited slip additive (if u have lsd), get a diff gasket along with some rtv, if u cant find a gasket u can just use rtv. Clean the gears with some brake clear or w.e, install the gasket/rtv tighten the diff cover, fill the diff until oil starts driping out the fill hole, then plug it up. U will use about 1 1/2 bottles so just buy 2 bottles
