Rear Heated Glass Relay, Dome Light Stays On?!

Engine: 4.0L L6 OHV 12V
Default Rear Heated Glass Relay, Dome Light Stays On?!
Plug in a relay for the rear heated glass, dome light stays on. Remove the relay, dome light works as designed.

Any ideas as to why that happens XJ gurus?
