Rear passanger side brake drum hot??

Rear passanger side brake drum hot??
I'm new here and also new to doing rear drum brakes. I have replaced the drums,shoes,and put a new hardware kit in and have this problem with a clunk from the rear brakes and the passanger side rear drum gets really hot only drove it for a quarter mile and checked the drum and it's warm not smokin hot but close. any help please ....

I checked the pins they are in the proper place. the shoes look to be correct with the longer shoe on the back side of the drum. I'm just stummped on this problem..

the starr wheel was screwed all the way in and parking brake actuaitor was put in the right place

its only the passanger side that gets hot like the wheel cylinder is not releseing all the way think that might be my problem not sure but only 10 bucks for part just alot of extra work..

its not that much work. you just have to take apart your rear brakes again, then unscrew the two bolts and the brake line (if the brake line is real rusty it might twist and brake) but its easy to go to your local parts store and get a new one. but when you do it replace the other side also. you should do both sides at the same time.

Well I replaced wheel cylinder and its not smokin hot anymore just warm to the touch passanger side that but it's a little warmer than the drivers side is this normal?? I took it for a ride about 4.5 miles
